The first hub is Dubai, and the next one the UK. Once tracking is generated and is emailed to you, the tracking will not update or move till items have not passed customs clearance in the UK. Sometimes at clearance, there may be randomized checks on the shipments- these are part of process and nothing to worry about. If you see items havnt moved in a while (2 weeks since dispatch date), you can flag it to our team; but this is usually due to a customs delay and will eventually move towards you. Once it has passed clearance, the tracking will update and you will get an estimated arrival time.
