At ItsPreloved, we are committed to providing transparency and fairness to our customers with respect to tariffs and duties applicable on shipments to the United States.

ItsPreloved Support (Above 10%)

If the applicable tariff or duty exceeds 10% of the invoice value, ItsPreloved will support the customer by absorbing the excess cost up to a maximum of 20% of the invoice value.
Customer Responsibility (Up to 10%)

Any US tariff or duty charges amounting to 10% or less of the invoice value shall be borne solely by the customer.

This support will be provided in the form of:
A refund or Issuance of a Gift Card (redeemable on future purchases).
