Please note that we account for a margin of 5% of damages & errors all our checkout listings. We have a thorough quality control process that goes through two layers of internal and external checks but because these items are preloved, there is a possibility of these issues. Additionally, we request our customers to take responsibility in checking tags during their videohandpick calls or while ordering directly on the website (where tags are available). While we make a significant effort to ensure that no fast fashion brands go through in our grading process, we are dealing with a significant volume and an error or margin in that process can occur. This is part of our 5% policy on damaged and other issues and customers are requested to do their due diligence. Any items reported as damaged, with issues of stains or other details will be included within this 5% margin and will not be compensated for. If the number of damages exceeds 5% from the checkout details, we will offer a 60% refund on the price of the product as there is no way to ship it back to our warehouse and the product will remain in your custody. All damaged items will need to be verified on the basis of proof in a video/ picture format and against the order number that it was placed against.
