Reworked With Love:

This is an upcycled, reworked item made from discarded garments that are out of shape, not the right styles, or had damage on them which led to them being out of use.

Our aim at ItsPreloved is to salvage any unique garment, or fabric that we come across and put it back into circulation. From beaded beautiful garments, to Euro style mesh, high quality cottons and silks, different wash denims, crochet speads, and anything unique, we keep an eye out for anything we can repurpose and give new life to.

Each garment is made by our independent production unit, in capsule production collections, and with a lot of care and love by our in house artisans.

How To Order:

Quantity: Simply pick the quantity that you would like to select from the quanity variants.

Sizing:If you want a split between different sizing; For example 5 S/10 M/ 7 L, you can add it to notes. To do this go to the view cart option and add it in to notes over there. You can refer to the size chart given in media options.

Colours: While we can not customize items to exact colour palettes, you can specify if you want lighter tones, less of a particular colour etc.

What Happens After Production Is Done:

You are sent a video before your items are dispatched. Since these are custom made items, we can not accommodate too many changes outside of original order notes. A piece or two can be swapped out at maximum.

Turnaround Time:

The turnaround time for these items is 14-20 days.

Shipping:

We ship via a two hub shipping process. The first hub is Dubai, and the next one the UK. Once tracking is generated and is emailed to you, the tracking will not update or move till items have not passed customs clearance in the UK. Sometimes at clearance, there may be randomized checks on the shipments- these are part of process and nothing to worry about. If you see items havnt moved in a while (2 weeks since dispatch date), you can flag it to our team; but this is usually due to a customs delay and will eventually move towards you. Once it has passed clearance, the tracking will update and you will get an estimated arrival time. It can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks for your parcels to reach, so please plan in advance with your orders.
